To proceed to the payment at latiendadelpienso.com, just follow all the steps indicated during the purchase process. To facilitate your purchases we offer you several ways of payment:

Bank transfer or deposit into account
La Tienda Del Pienso offers the possibility to pay for the order by bank transfer.
Bank details will be displayed during the purchase process.
It is important to indicate the order number as the concept of the deposit or transfer in order to locate the payment as soon as possible. The payment is effective in a period ranging between 24h and 72h, time in which the shipment will be delayed until we can verify the validity of the payment.
However, if we receive proof of payment from the bank or in person, we can expedite the process.

Debit or credit card
No commission is applied to this form of payment.
Payment is made immediately and the order is processed as soon as possible.

Cash on delivery
A commission of 2€ is applied to this form of payment.
Only available if order is NOT over 100€.
Payment is made at the time of delivery by the courier company. In this case the customer must ensure that he has the exact amount to pay the courier at the time of delivery or collection.
The order is processed as soon as possible.
PayPal is one of the safest payment platforms on the Internet, so payment through this platform is totally secure.
The delivery time is from 24 to 72 hours (working days) depending on the destination city. Delivery is made by GLS or TSB.

We will provide you with the tracking number of your shipment by email, which you can check on the DHL website.
Delivery times are counted from the moment the order leaves our warehouse, which we will notify you by email. Orders placed before 13:00h will be shipped the same day and will be delivered within 24 to 72h (working days).
In some cases and depending on product availability, our customer service team will contact you to give you a solution and inform you of the delivery time once the product is available.
The courier company usually delivers during business hours, but if you need a specific delivery time you can indicate it in the order comments. This does not guarantee 100% that this will be the case since it depends on the schedules and routes of the courier company.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
To guarantee the quality of our service, all our shipments are insured against loss or theft.
For mainland Spain, shipping costs are free of charge with no minimum amount.
For Balearic Islands the shipping costs for orders over 49 euros will be 3.99 euros (VAT included). For orders under 49 euros the shipping costs will be 9,99 euros (VAT included).
At the moment we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, although we are working on it.
We do not sell products to minors. The products we sell must be purchased by adults. Minors under the age of 18 may only use the latiendadelpienso.com Services under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the last of these goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but its use is not mandatory.
In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication concerning your exercise of this right is sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal by you, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a mode of delivery other than the least expensive mode of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to effect such reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any costs as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of return of the goods, whichever condition is met first.
You must return or deliver the goods directly to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract to us. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if you return the goods before the end of this period. [You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.]
You shall be liable for any diminution in value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
